The consultation
Not every visit needs to happen in the room — at least not for skin. SOLTHA offers a personal skin consultation, diagnosed personally by SOLTHA's sole skin & scalp specialist, in studio or virtually, from wherever you are. Scalp consultations are held in studio only — some things are best read by hand.
In studio
Visit SOLTHA on a day that feels easy for you. Receive a skin, body, and scalp assessment and have your own care program designed just for you. Discover results-focused, carefully selected skin and scalp homecare products, along with care tips.
How it works
A short questionnaire begins it — in studio, or from home, for skin; photos are shared within the consultation itself. Your consultation is reviewed personally, never by algorithm, and a written diagnosis follows: what your skin is asking for, and the ritual designed to meet it.
The fee
The consultation carries its own fee. Should you continue with the products recommended in your report, that fee is credited in full toward your purchase — valid for 7 days from your report's issue date.
On delivery
Shipped anywhere in Korea. Traveling through Jeju? We can send to where you're staying. For requests from further away, we're happy to discuss what's possible — just ask.
