SOLTHA is a one-person studio. The website keeps only what is needed to hold your time, deliver a gift, or answer you — nothing is sold or shared for advertising, and there are no tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site.
What is collected
Booking: your name, email, optional phone, the ritual and time you chose, and any note you add. Gift cards: the giver's and recipient's names and emails, the amount, and your message. Skin quiz: your answers, email, and Instagram handle. Consultation: your answers and email. The letter: your email address.
How it is used and kept
Booking and gift details are stored on SOLTHA's own server, outside the public website, and are used only to confirm, remind, and deliver. Bookings are moved to an archive 60 days after the visit; gift orders are kept until the card is used or expires (12 months). Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe — every letter carries a one-tap unsubscribe link.
Emails are sent through a transactional mail service (SMTP2GO) from [email protected]. The website is served through Cloudflare. Naver bookings are read from SOLTHA's own inbox to keep the calendar accurate; nothing about them is published.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete what SOLTHA holds about you, write to [email protected] and it is done by hand, usually the same day.
